4. Client Agreements

5. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the agreement. Payment is due within the timeframe stated on the invoice (typically 7–14 days). Late payments may incur interest charges.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients must give at least 24 hours’ notice for non-emergency cancellations. Services cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. Refunds are provided only under certain conditions outlined in the care agreement.
